  • Once an order has shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for assistance.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns, unless the item is damaged or incorrect according to original order.

  • In the event product arrives in a damaged condition, please write info@raffaeledamiano.com within 5 days of product arrival and include a photo of the damaged product. Replacement product will be provided free of charge in the event of damaged goods upon receipt.

  • In the event an incorrect product arrives, as according to original order, please write info@raffaeledamiano.com within 5 days of product arrival and include a photo of the incorrect product. Replacement product will be provided free of charge in the event of incorrect goods upon receipt.

  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs of defective or incorrect product.
