We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
Once an order has shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
2. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns, unless the item is incorrect according to original order.
In the event product arrives in a damaged condition, please write info@raffaeledamiano.com within 5 days of product arrival and include a photo of the damaged product. Replacement product will be provided free of charge in the event of damaged goods upon receipt.
In the event an incorrect product arrives, as according to original order, please write info@raffaeledamiano.com within 5 days of product arrival and include a photo of the incorrect product. We will then send you a pre-paid shipping label over email. Replacement product will be provided free of charge in the event of incorrect goods upon receipt.
