A Limited Olio d’Oliva

Our oliveto has just under 500 specifically selected olive trees all of which began as single branch cuttings and represent over 20 different varietals from Italy. Our rocky soil and south facing oceanfront hillside are perfect for a thriving grove of old world trees.

We have limited volume, high demand and our mission is to make a truly superior olio d’oliva that honors our tradizione di famiglia. The taste, texture and color of our oils reflect both the character of each varietal and the individual care “a mano tutto il processo” we give to each: we harvest on variable dates, pick by hand and mill within 12 hours.

The result is a range of rich authentic flavors produced by a grove that is not constrained or compromised to meet the needs of a scaled mass market. For this reason, it is important to be on our subscribers list as we allocate our limited harvest. Our use of the word “limited” is not a marketing approach: it is the reality of our grove and our passion for what these special olives represent.

“A mano tutto il processo.”
