A nostalgic tribute

Our family olive grove is a tribute to a father, grandfather and great grandfather, Raffaele Damiano. Raffaele’s family emmigrated from Italy to the United States in 1901 entering thru Ellis Island and starting life anew in Brooklyn. The youngest of five sons, Raffaele and his family brought their deep rooted love for Italian flavors, authentic tastes and rich heritage with them. Nostalia brings all of us back to the golden moments in our lives. For Italians, the golden moments embrace family, food and a table always large enough for one more—La Tavola di Famiglia—The Family Table. Raffaele was a life enthusiast with a deep appreciation-a godiamo-of its simplest of pleasures. Our Tenuta Olio d’Oliva is a limited single estate extra virgin olive oil that honors this nostalgia. A slow meal, with family and friends.

A mano tutto il processo

Raffaele Damiano Tenuta Olio d’Oliva is produced exclusively from our grove of rare Italian varietals planted on a south facing hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our trees began as cuttings from an ancient grove near Lucca, Italy.

From tending to our trees, to handpicking and pressing our olives within 12 hours, to bottling at our grove per order, this a mano tutto il processo results in a superior and limited extra virgin Olio d’Oliva.
